These herbal extracts are ideal for adding to herbal teas, or other beverages, and can also be added to foods. When calculating the required amount, consider how much of the normal herb you would use, and divide that by at least 10 as these extracts are concentrated. The Incarvillea Sinensis extract is safe to consume, a typical dose would be 200-600 mg per day . The maximum recommended would be 1000 mg per day.

Incarvillea Sinensis is a flowering plant native to Asia that has pink flowers similar to a Rose, and it has been used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Incarvillea Sinensis Extract is traditionally used to treat rheumatism and relieve pain, it is a potent muscle relaxant.
