This NEW Myristica fragrans Extract has a confirmed 98% Myristicin, one of the main active ingredients in Myristica fragrans.

These herbal extracts are ideal for adding to herbal teas, or other beverages, and can also be added to foods or taken on their own. The Myristica fragrans extract should not be taken by pregnant or nursing mothers. There are no publicised dosage recommendations but it would not be recommended to exceed 100 mg per day.
